Sooooo good Happy Holdiay

Ruth & I Wish All A Very Happy Holiday & Terrific New Year

Here is an easy dessert recipe that we would like to share .

1 1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream(inexpensive)

1 small bottle of inexpensive: brandy or chambord or kahlua... your choice

Put a portion of the ice cream into a large bowl, add the brandy or your choice.

Mix to desired taste

The consistency should allow a spoon to stand straight up.

Place paper cupcake liners in cupcake pans

Put the ice cream mixture into the cupcake liners & then place in freezer.

When ready to serve remove the paper & place on a plate & drizzle chocolate over top

Wait for all the oohs & ahhs. ENJOY
